Certa MPS Limited is a provider of printing, photocopying, and document workflow solutions. We are a small team of experienced professionals with a combine industry experience of over 60 years. We predominantly supply and maintain equipment from Toshiba, Ricoh, Kyocera and Epson and manage all toner, stock and service from our offices in the heart of Sussex.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Photocopier Field Engineer based in the South East, predominantly working within the Home Counties.
– Install, maintain, and repair photocopiers, printers, MFD’s within the South East, predominantly Sussex, Kent & Essex
– Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues on-site and remotely
– Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance
– Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
– Attend training courses as and when required directly from the manufacturer

Salary: £30,000.00- £33,000.00 per year
Qualifications/Skills
– Strong technical knowledge and experience within the repair of photoopiers, printers & MFD’s
– Proficient in IT and conducting remote calls with clients in order to diagnoise and resolve issues in relation to the equipment being maintained by us
– Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
– Strong communication and customer service skills
